WHAT CRUMBLES CANNOT HOLD THE WEIGHT OF YOUR GREATNESS

I was thinking about this the other day, and it hit me really clearly.

Some things don’t fall apart because they weren’t meant for us.
They fall apart because there was nothing strong enough underneath to hold them.

And I don’t mean that in a dramatic way.
I mean it very practically.

What crumbles cannot hold the weight of your greatness.

WE CHANGE THE OUTSIDE AND HOPE IT HOLDS

January is full of this energy.

New diets.
New routines.
New goals.
New promises.

And for a while, it works.

The weight comes off.
The motivation is there.
The money comes in.
The habits stick... temporarily.

And then, slowly, things start slipping back.

Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you lack discipline.

But because the foundation didn’t change.

WHY RESULTS DON’T LAST

Here’s what most people don’t realize.

Results live on top of identity.

If someone loses weight but still sees herself as:
someone who “struggles with food,”
someone who is “trying to be healthy,”
someone who has to constantly fight her body...

The body eventually returns to what feels familiar.

Not out of sabotage.
Out of loyalty.

The nervous system protects the identity it knows.

So the weight comes back.

YOU CAN’T HOLD WHAT YOU DON’T BELIEVE BELONGS TO YOU

This shows up everywhere.

With health.
With money.
With relationships.
With confidence.

How many people make a lot of money...
and somehow always end up broke?

It’s not because they don’t know how to make money.
It’s because they don’t have the identity of someone who holds money.

Someone who feels safe with it.
Respects it.
Manages it without fear or chaos.

So it slips through their fingers.

The same way weight slips back on
when someone doesn’t see herself as a woman who treats her body with love.

THE BODY ALWAYS CORRECTS BACK TO THE SELF-IMAGE

This part is important.

Your body and nervous system are constantly asking:
Who do you believe you are?

And they organize your behavior around that answer.

If success feels unfamiliar, it can feel unsafe.
If calm feels unfamiliar, it can feel boring.
If ease feels unfamiliar, it can feel wrong.

So the system quietly brings you back to what it knows.

Not because you’re broken.
But because the identity was never upgraded.

THIS IS WHY THINGS KEEP “FALLING APART”

When something collapses, it’s not always failure.

Sometimes it’s information.

It’s showing you that the structure underneath wasn’t built for that level yet.

You tried to place a new result on an old foundation.

And the foundation crumbled.

THE WORK IS ALWAYS INTERNAL FIRST

This is why real change starts inside.

Not with forcing habits.
Not with willpower.
Not with white-knuckling a new version of yourself.

But with becoming the woman who believes:
“I take care of my body because I love myself.”
“I make healthy choices because that’s who I am.”
“I’m calm with money because I trust myself.”

When identity shifts, behavior follows naturally.

And then the result doesn’t feel heavy anymore.

It feels normal.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO START THIS YEAR

So instead of asking:
How do I change faster?

Try asking:
Who do I need to become so this doesn’t collapse again?

Because what’s meant for you won’t fall apart once you’re built to hold it.

And what crumbles...
was never the problem.

With love,
Gaby
